Jeffrey M. Baumann

Jeffrey M. Baumann
, a 2013 cum laude graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School, was admitted to practice in the year of his graduation.  During law school, Jeffrey completed concentration programs in both Financial Transactions and Intellectual Property.  In 2011, he was the New York Bar Foundation’s Miriam Maccoby Netter Intellectual Property Fellow, researching how legal ethics intersect with cloud computing services.  He was also a 2013 recipient of the Award for Excellence in Intellectual Property Law from the American Bar Association and Bloomberg BNA.  During law school, Jeffrey served as the Technology Editor on the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal. 

Jeffrey currently concentrates in residential real estate transactions.  He also has several years of experience practicing in fields including civil litigation, trademark registration, corporation/LLC formation and maintenance, commercial real estate transactions, and financial industry arbitration.

Prior to his law career, Mr. Baumann spent several years working in the tech industry, earned a Master’s Degree in psychology from Seattle University, served in the U.S. Peace Corps, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Fredonia with a double major in psychology and history.
